At NGM we understand mutual respect is critical to building rapport and trust, and as such we view it with the utmost importance.
Our Expectations: Our Mentees Must
Be willing to participate, Not Coerced
Be female between the ages of 13 and 17
Be able to articulate one short term goal and one long term goal
Every mentee will be matched with a mentor who is their best fit based on a questionnaire and a conversation with the potential mentor.
